The Human Resources Manager screens applicant submissions, with suitable candidates directed to appropriate vacancies. Selection is based on the ability of the applicant to demonstrate related experience and education that best meet the needs of the position. All applicants are notified as to the success of their application. SKILLS hold all resumes for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt.
