SKILLS Society is a non-profit charitable organization committed to respecting and upholding an indviduals right to privacy. SKILLS has several separate Policy's that protect the confidentiality of information pertaining to individuals supported by SKILLS, their families, employees and volunteers. This Privacy Statement explains SKILLS Society's management of your personal information collected as a result of purchasing a ticket(s) for this 2007 Subaru Outback Limited Raffle.
Collecting and Using Information
SKILLS Society does not gather any additional personal information when the website is visited or navigated.
Personal information provided voluntarily to purchase a ticket is used only to fill ticket orders, to contact and publicize the name of the prize winner (name and city only), and to keep a database to advise you of future fundraising activities that are conducted by SKILLS Society. The database does not include personal financial information of any kind.
Our web server does not track or collect any general information about visits to our web site. We also do not automatically collect any additional personal information, other than that provided when the ticket is ordered.
Personal information is shared only with SKILLS Society Employees who are involved with the administration of the 2007 Subaru Outback Limited Raffle. All employees with access to personal information gathered during the 2007 Subaru Outback Limited Raffle are required to sign a Statement of Confidentiality.
Personal information is used only for administration purposes of the lottery and future SKILLS fundraisers. SKILLS Society does not rent, buy or sell personal information.
Security
The security of personal information is of utmost importance to SKILLS Society. We take reasonable, physical, procedural and technical security measures to protect the personal information you provide to us from being lost, accessed without authorization or disclosed. Ticket orders are transmitted to our servers using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. The server is protected from intrusion and all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the security of all data.
